The #Brandeisinsiena students have just arrived in Siena!
Brandeis in Siena is a collaborative partnership between Brandeis University and the Siena Art Institute consisting of two courses taught in English: Studio Art and Art History. Faculty from Brandeis and from the Siena Art Institute work together each summer to deliver an integrated, multi-faceted academic program.
This summer Brandeis Professor Jonathan Unglaub and SART Professor Franca Marini will lead the group of students in an exploration of the city of Siena and its rich artistic and cultural Heritage. The Brandeis in Siena Program is also open to participants from other institutions, this year including a group of art students from the University of Michigan!
