Ovidiu Bordean’s academic and research work focuses on business strategy, entrepreneurship, innovation, and organisational development, with a growing interest in the ways in which artificial intelligence can support learning, creativity, and sustainable transitions.
At the Siena Art Institute, as part of the SMAR3TS project, Ovidiu explored how arts-based, participatory, and community-engaged approaches can enrich AI supported innovation and entrepreneurship education and contribute to more inclusive and sustainable responses to societal challenges.
