Bik Van der Pol is a Dutch contemporary art duo consisting of Liesbeth Bik and Jos van der Pol who have collaborated since 1994/1995. Based in Rotterdam, their practice focuses on conceptual and site-specific work that explores how art can create public space, generate dialogue, and foster imagination and collective knowledge. Through collaborative processes, research, publishing, and public projects, they set conditions for encounters that reconfigure places, histories, and publics. Their work has been shown internationally at biennials, museums, and public art contexts, and they are known for engaging with questions about the role of art in shaping social and public spheres.
